The UAE's first digital English-language notarisation service, backed by AI document tampering detection and primary source verification.
In 2025, DIFC Courts launched a Notary Service, authorising Notary Officers to administer, witness, and attest oaths, affidavits, affirmations or declarations, and certify and attest true copy documents for businesses and individuals. The service notarises English documents only and is the first-of-its-kind in the UAE.
In support of this milestone, DataFlow Group was selected to provide authentication services through its Primary Source Verification (PSV), ensuring every notarised document meets the highest standard of legal reliability.
This collaboration is aligned with the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to cement Dubai's position as a leading global hub for digital innovation and smart governance, and implemented in line with Resolution No. (4) of 2025, approving the Certificates, Authentication and Attestation Regulations.
